BIOGRAPHY
I received my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Creighton University, with a minor in biological physics. My research in Lloyd Smith’s laboratory has focused on developing software to determine the different forms of proteins in biological systems. During my time at UW, I was a member of the Biotechnology Training Program and completed an internship with Thermo Fisher Scientific on the software architecture team. After graduation, I will move to San Diego for a postdoctoral fellowship position in Trey Ideker’s lab at UCSD, studying gene interaction networks.
