FAVORITE MEMORY

During my 2nd year, I broke my foot- it was right around the time recruitment was happening. Bucky the badger chemist signed my cast and took a ride on my scooter at the dinner with faculty and hosts.

BIOGRAPHY

Trisha Tucholski graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Forensic Science and a minor in Chemistry. At UW-Madison, she was advised by Prof. Ying Ge in the Analytical Chemistry path. She has also enjoyed being trained by the Chemistry-Biology Interface Training Program. Her doctoral work has focused on developing mass spectrometry-based tools for studying intact heart proteins in health and disease. This Fall, she will begin a post-doctoral position with the Lab of Immune System Biology at the National Institutes of Health where she will continue studying proteins, but in the immune system.
